Cheese soup with mussels
Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes
  • 500 g frozen mussels "Vodniy mir"
  • 1 carrot
  • 500 ml. dairy cream (25%)
  • 3 hizzed cheese
  • 1 onion
  • to taste spices

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and carrots until soft.
  2. Do not drain the water from the stock.
  3. Use blender to grind up all the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Add dairy cream and put the blend again on fire.
  5. Dice cheese, add to the soup and wait until melted. Grind all the ingredients using a blender.
  6. While the soup is being cooked, fry mussels in the pan until ready.
  7. Place fried mussels on a plate, pour in the soup and garnish with parsley.
