Soup with Shrimps and Melon
Ingredients
  • 2 small melons
  • 150 g peeled frozen shrimp "Vodniy mir"
  • 5 g pickled ginger, basil or mint
  • to taste Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut melon in half, carefully removing seeds with a spoon.
  2. Then scrape away the flesh, leaving only skin up to 1 cm thick.
  3. Mix up the flesh mix with ice cubes in blender, add few drops of Tabasco sauce and blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the soup into the peeled melon halves, like in plates.
  5. Finely chop green basil (or mint) and ginger.
  6. Garnish the soup with shrimps, ginger and herbs.
