Soup with crabsticks
Ingredients
  • 200 g potatoes
  • 100 g chilled crab sticks "Vodniy mir"
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons fish spices
  • 10 g fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Pour 1.5 liters of boiling water into a saucepan and add sliced ​​potatoes.
  3. Cut onion into small cubes and grate carrots
  4. Heat the butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add onions and carrots and fry until soft.
  5. Place the fried vegetables onto a pan with potatoes. Cook all together for 15 minutes.
  6. Cut crabsticks into cubes and add into the soup.
  7. Season with fish spices, salt, pepper and stir for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and remove the soup from the heat.
  9. Top soup with crab sticks and serve with black bread.
