Spaghetti with mussels
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 100 g cream
  • 75 g parmesan
  • 200 g mussels in oil “Vodniy mir"
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g basil
  • to taste spices, herbs


  1. Boil spaghetti in salted water with olive oil, leave some liquid in the beaker and drain.
  2. Saute garlic cloves in frying pan over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add cream and simmer over low heat until thickened
  3. Add the mussels and cook on a high flame for another 5 minutes. Put pasta in a deep dish and pour the cream sauce.
  4. Sprinkle previously grated parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
