Paella with seafood
  • 500 g long grain rice
  • 200 g seafood cocktail in oil "Vodniy mir"
  • 100 g olives
  • 1 onion
  • 2 slices lemon
  • 1 carrot
  • to taste asparagus, cilantro


  1. Pour olive oil onto heated pan.  Place there diced onion and sliced carrots and fry until light transparency.
  2. Add rice and fry 5 minutes over medium heat together with the onions and carrots.
  3. Pour the vegetable broth to the height of the 1st finger. season with salt and boil without stirring for another 20 minutes
  4. Add mussels, asparagus and cilantro.Garnish with lemon slices.
