Avocado salad with tuna and shrimps
  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g canned tuna
  • 150 g frozen shrimps “Vodniy mir"
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice


  1. Drain canned tuna, mash it with a fork and put into a large bowl.
  2. Boil shrimps and peel them from shell.
  3. Dice cucumbers and tomatoes.
  4. For the dressing, whisk together olive oil, pressed garlic and ground pepper.
  5. Peel avocado, remove the pit and cut in half.
  6. Add ​​ sliced cucumbers and tomatoes to the bowl.
  7. Season with dressing and stir thoroughly.
  8. Place salad onto avocado halves, add shrimps and sprinkle with greens.
