Bruschetta with mussels
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 50 g mussels meat in oil “Vodniy mir"
  • 40 g feta cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 sprig basil
  • to taste salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Place 1 bell pepper on the baking tray and broil for about 30 minutes until skins blister.
  3. Meanwhile, cut bread in 2 slices about 1/2 inch thick and broil until toasted slightly.
  4. Place broiled bread on the plate.
  5. Take out pepper from the oven.
  6. Immediately put it in a paper bag and let aside for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Peel and discard charred skin, remove seeds and coarsely chop the pepper.
  8. Top toasts with chopped pepper, crushed feta and 3-5 mussels. Sprinkle with basil and serve immediately.
