Crabsticks brioches
Ingredients
  • 250 g bakery dough
  • 8 chilled crabsticks “Vodniy mir"
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 tsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Defrost the bakery dough and cut it into small squares (15-20 pcs.)
  2. Then cut each square on the cross and make three cuts on both sides of each triangle.
  3. Spread mayonnaise on the center of each triangle and put a crabstick, cut in half.
  4. Wrap the corners of each triangle from both sides to form an envelope.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  6. Place the wraps onto a baking sheet 2 cm apart and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with cream cheese, if desired, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
