Kani salad with crabsticks
Ingredients
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 200 g chilled crabsticks “Vodniy mir"
  • 2 tbsps. plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsps. rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 bunch crunchy lettuce

Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce, carrot and cucumber.
  2. Prepare crabsticks.
  3. Slice thinly all the ingredients to about matchstick-width strips.
  4. Mix evenly, trying not to break down matchsticks.
  5. Prepare the dressing: whisk plain yogurt, rice vinegar or lemon juice and sesame oil.
  6. Season salad with dressing and garnish with fried sesame seeds.
