Taco with mussels and guacamole
  • 480 g wheat flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 120 ml cold water
  • 200 g mussels in oil "Vodniy mir"
  • 1 tomatoe
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cloves garlic
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • to taste lime juice, coriander, salt, sugar, fresh chili pepper


  1. First, cook tacos. Mix salt, butter and flour.
  2. Gradually pour in water and knead the dough.
  3. Then cover with towel and leave for 30 minutes.
  4. When the dough is ready, divide it into several portions, roll out tortillas 4-5 mm thick and fry in a dry pan on both sides for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Prepare guacamole sauce.
  6. Peel and mash avocados in a medium serving bowl.
  7. Stir in garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  8. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
  9. Filter mussels from oil.
  10. Stir in tomatoes’ pulp and coriander.
  11. Season with salt, add olive oil and mix up.
  12. Spread guacamole on one side of taco, then put on top mussels and mix of tomatoes and cilantro.
