Salad “Livorno”
  • 240 г Fitness crabsticks “Vodniy mir"
  • 200 г grapefruit pulp
  • 200 г Chinese cabbage
  • 100 г olives
  • 1 пучок spinach and arugula
  • 2 ст.л. olive oil
  • за смаком salt and red pepper


  1. Place chopped crabsticks, Chinese cabbage, spinach and arugula into a salad bowl.
  2. Add grapefruit pulp and olives. Toss gently to combine.
  3. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle with dried red pepper on request.
